The description says it will work for the Juice series, but my Juice XE6 is too big for it and the elastic is too thin. I will use it until I can get a proper leather case for it.Customer Review: Bad Service!!!

"The item came late and the cost of the shipping was way too much for something that was sent in an envelope through the mail. makes me not want to order from them anymore."
Then I received not one but 2 phone calls from this company wanting me to change my feedback. When I talked to the lady who called she refused to take any kind of responsibility for the action of her company. Sure, if the shipping is set by Amazon, that's fine, but the fact that the order came late is not Amazon's fault. She wouldn't even take responsibilty for this. "Well, once it is shipped its out of our control." Then it should have been shipped earlier.
If this woman would have even tried to appologize I would have concidered changing my original rating. However, that never happened and it only got worse. When she called me I was on my honeymoon and I told her very clearly that I did not feel like she was trying to resolve anything and I did not want to talk with her anymore about it. This should have been enough. However, she continued to harass me by then sending me a very long email that again blamed everyone else but her company for why my item (which was a gift for my husband on our wedding day) came late. Apparently me giving my honest opinion to this woman was not what they really wanted. They wanted me to lie about how I felt and was willing to harass me until I changed it!!!

My husband opened the box, went to unfasten the snap and discovered it was broken. It appears it was already crushed in shipping from the manufacturer to the distributor. The box we received it in was fine.
