This bit set is a great addition to my Leatherman Wave, it adds a ton of possiblies to the already great tool. If you use tools everyday with your job or if you're just a do-it yourselfer & have one of the Leatherman tools that will work with these bits, do yourself a favor & pick this set up. This is a must for owners of the Surge, New Wave, and XTI leatherman multi tools. I currently am using the Surge every day at work. I'm a maintenance tech and with the bit kit it saves me from having to drag my tool bag (70 lbs) every where I go when responding to calls. Also saves time espically when using the allen bits and figuring out if it's metric or standard.Customer Review: Now your Leatherman can do almost anything!

This packet of tools enables your Leatherman to do almost anything! I have the Leatherman Wave...I take it camping and bicycling with me, because of it's great "fix it" capability! With the 42 bit assortment, I have a lot of tools with me without taking up a lot of space, in the event I need them. Just want to add my vote to the other reveiws.
At first I was concerned about the half width allen bits (they are called something else). But they actually work very well. I even take it with me bicycling.
I don't wear it on my belt so I looped the Wave case flap through the bit case loop. That way they are always together.

I don't want to spend a long time parroting what the other reviewers have already written so let me just reiterate that this essentially converts your belt into a toolbox. I would like to add that you do not need to use the accompanying sheath as the bits fit quite nicely in the original Leatherman sheath, behind the separating elastic band.
