This is a typical (high-quality) Leatherman product- the bits fit well, are made of quality materials, and I can squeeze them into the nylon sheath of my Surge if I don't want to carry another sheath just for the bits. The bit carriers were numbered 3 and 4- I'd love to find 1 and 2!Customer Review: Well built, sturdy, functional tools.

Amazon sold this item and failed to include the sheath. When contacted, they said they can't send out a partial order and to contact Leatherman to see if I could buy a separate sheath. Poor customer service and an utter failure to acknowledge their own mistakes makes Amazon a last choice for me anymore. I used to like shopping here, but it's become a hassle.
