Had an old version of the leatherman and decided to upgrade to the new wave. I have had for about a month an could not be happier...all the tools you could ever need and excelent quality. The ability to access the knives without opening the tool make it a truly great knife as well as a tool. Great for fishing! I highly recommend getting the pocket clip - its only $5 and it makes is so much easier to carry especially if you don't want to use the sheath.Customer Review: A Great Buy

I originally was going to purchase this product through a major department store; Leatherman and shealth came separate. Once I was ready to complete the order the Leatherman was out of stock. I came to Amazon and found the Leatherman and shealth could be purchased together. It was about 25% cheaper too. My husband is very happy with the Leatherman product. I have wanted a multi tool like this fo quite some time. When looking at the "Leatherman" name multitools, I found each one well explained as to what was included with each individual product. This made it easy to compare and make a final decision on which one to purchase. The price was very good as I saved a good amount off of actual retail costs. I have 3 leatherman multitools myself and bought this as a gift for a friend of mine who was helping me around the house. I soon found myself asking to borrow his when we were working as opposed to using my own because of how many tools this thing has. I used only this tool rewire my entire garage. It has the wire strippers, screw drivers, pliars and wire cutters to do the entire job. The revised Leatherman Wave is a useful collection of tools, each one of which is of solid high quality and doesn't feel as if it were a compromise for the sake of an all-round tool. The locking blades and the interchangeable bits are particularly well done, although now I feel that I'll have to get the bit set to go with it. After struggling with a wonky Wenger knife and its toy pliers, the Wave is a real pleasure.
