The Juice S2 is definitely cutting edge. Its distinctive Storm Gray anodized aluminum handles are contoured for comfort, and like all the products in the extraordinary Juice line, the S2 comes with pliers, wire cutters, and four screwdrivers. With the same slender chassis as the C2, the S2 features specially serrated scissors, along with a can and bottle opener. A lanyard attachment allows the S2 to be easily affixed to your backpack, snow pants, or key ring.

Customer Review: My favorite pocket tool. Quality product.

The Juice S2 has all the features I wanted in a pocket multi-tool. I have a larger Leatherman (a "Blast"), but I live in a city, so some of the implements on the "Blast" were not all that useful in my day-to-day life. The quality of this tool, like all Leatherman products I've encountered, is first-rate. The knife is sharp when shipped, holds an edge well, and is easy to sharpen. The steel for the screwdrivers is strong and seems like it will last. The pliers, while a bit smaller than the average set of pliers, are still easy to grip and very useful. The metal handles are comfortable, strong, and thin, which contributes to the pocket-friendly thickness of the S2. It's very comfortable to keep in your pocket as it is relatively thin (noticeably thinner than then 3-layer Wenger S16 Swiss Army knife I sometimes carry). All in all, I'm pleased with the quality of the S2. It's also pretty cool-looking. It has a bit of a purplish tint to the gray, and it has a sleek modern look.
The only thing I would recommend is that if you drink a lot of wine, you may want to go for the corkscrew model (C2). I'm not a frequent wine drinker, so I passed on the corkscrew model, but some people may use it more frequently and want one. However, the scissors on the S2 model are the best multi-tool scissors I've ever seen, and it would be a real pity to give them up, so you might want to get the CS4 model with both scissors and corkscrew, though you have to consider the added thickness. Seriously, though, I've never seen scissors this good on any Leatherman or Swiss Army Knife this size. They're almost full-size, real honest-to-god scissors, not the tiny ones you usually get on SAKs/multi-tools. They've come in handy a lot.
The Juice S2 is an excellent companion for everyday life. Leatherman quality can't be beat. For camping or bigger jobs at home, I usually pull out the Leatherman "Blast" (or just go to my tool box and get tools), but with the Juice S2 in your pocket the average person should be able to solve 98% of the problems he or she encounters that require some type of tool.
