I am deeply dissappointed. I received my new Leatherman Crunch within the last 3 months. I have only just started using it and today the lanyard clip fell out and with it the knife, screwdrivers and file..I own other Leatherman tools and was really enjoying using this when it broke apart. The worst part is I cannot seem to get any redress since my return due date expired NOv 1st. This is supposed to be a lifetime warranty tool...Frustrated...Customer Review: a little cumbersome

The tool has most of the functions I need, but it's a little unwieldy unfolding and getting ready to use the tool needed. The screwdriver blades need to be longer, to keep the body (in this case handle) of the tool further away from the work. Well made but never a replacement for standard tools. Good when you have to have a small bundle of everything in case you get "caught in a pinch". Locking jaws can act like a 3rd hand which is it's most redeeming quality. Way too pricey but nice.Customer Review: CLUNKY TOOL

Difficult to keep pliers in proper configuration for use. Production quality is excellent, but new design needed for the plier. I am a true fan of Leatherman products but this tool was a waste of money.
